MakerQue ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MakerQue application at makerque.app and the website at makerque.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Your production data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

Terms of Service

By creating a MakerQue account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. MakerQue is operated by Stacey Jones, doing business as MakerQue, located in Disputanta, Virginia, USA.

The Service

MakerQue is a web-based production queue management tool for makers, crafters, and small-batch producers. We provide tools to track products, stages, deadlines, and production progress.

Account Registration

To use MakerQue, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to MakerQue.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to MakerQue features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration before being subject to deletion.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello.makerque@gmail.com for a full refund.

No refunds are issued for partial months or annual plans after the 30-day guarantee period, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MakerQue only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Your Data

You own the production data you enter into MakerQue. We do not claim any ownership over your data. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. We will not use your production data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to MakerQue. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

MakerQue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of MakerQue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
